Basically an open tub with welded or bolted end caps on each end.

Stainless steel 18 to 220 grit interior finish.

Sanitary construction.

Shaft seals incorporated into end caps.

Bearings supported by framework.

Heating / cooling jackets can be incorporated.

Light duty blender mainly used for easy to mix powder components, which are pre-processed like dried granules, pre-sieved powders, etc.

Used mostly for solid / solid mixing and can be used for solid / liquid mixing where high shearing force is not required
