The equipment has been as ideal for medium/large scale pharmaceutical companies. The equipment is simple to operate it save time and labour. The automatic capsule loader is compact occupies minimum space, it gives higher production with much better standard of accuracy.
Loader automatically loads empty capsule in the loading plate for manually operated capsule filling machine, hence it take normally 5 minutes to load empty capsule in 300 holes loading plate manually, this machine cuts down that time to only 30 second. It supplied filled loading plates for 2-3 capsule filling machine. Thus increase the production on one hand and reduce the number of operator on other hand.

Planetary Mixers are used for dry mixing and dough mixing. The homogenous mixing af various lngredients of different densities in different proportions for solid/solid, liquid/solid, and liquld/Iiquid is achieved effectively by the use of Planetary Mixer.
Vacuum Jacketed Planetary Mlxers for the preparatlan of aintment; toothpaste; creams; suspensions. are designed to achieve the best results.
All contact parts are made from S S 304 or SS 316 steel as per client's requirements. Standard Mixer is available in 200, 350 and 600 Ltrs. capacities.
The Planetary motion af the mixing beater ensures effective homogenous mixing of the various ingredients. Standard Mixer consists of single mixing beater which rotates in planetary motion i.e. clock wise direction about the central axis and anticlock wise direction about its own axis. The main drive, lifting and lowering operations is motorised. The product bowl is mounted on castar wheels for easy portability for washing and transporting the material.
Vacuum Jacketed Mixer consists of two open beaters moving in planetary motion, scraper blade and centrally located high shear emulsifier run by a separate motor for Manufacturer of creams, ointments, suspensions etc.

Here the direction of flow of liquid is exactly opposite to the flow in standard filter i.e. the impure liquid to be filtered enters the filter from the bottom into the center channel & goes to the top of each plate. The clear filtrate flows out from openings on side of plates to the shell & then to the outlet. This flow ensure almost 100% filtration of the liquid which is not so with the standard flow type.

This tunnel washing machine is most ideal for ROUND BOTTLES and finds wide application in PHARMA, FOOD INDUSTRIES. The automatic loading arrangement facilitates loading of bottles on to SS wire mesh conveyer through feed conveyor or bottles are pushed manually from feed table. This saves manpower as bottles are feed into pockets automatically. The automatic unloading mechanism consists of unloading bottle on to a wire mesh conveyor which continues on to turn table. Three cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, demineralised water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 304 on a heavy base of MS painted structure.
The total rinsing cycle is smooth and limit switches/sensors are built at every stage to sense bottle reversal or bottle obstruction and stop the machine.
Vacuum Filler is a Rotary Level Filler which fills with vacuum principle and maintains same level while filling particular size / adjustment. It is used for filling only Non-Carbonated Liquids.
Vitro provides Vertical / Horizontal Distilled Water Storage Tank both in jacketed and non jacketed design. If WFI is to be stored overnight or for a longer period of time, then it is essential to keep it in hot condition, at around 80 C. Vitro Distilled Water Storage Tank with jacketed design, where heating medium is either boiler steam or electrical heaters in the jacket, provides you with an ideal solution.
