VOLFRAM offers highly External Furnace Solid Fuel Boiler to suit the various industries’ requirement.
The Boiler provides the user with a flexibility of fuels as it is designed to fire with multiple fuels like wood, coal, agro waste briquettes etc.

Features of External Furnace Solid Fuel Boiler: Multi-Fuel:
The boiler grates are specially designed for multiple fuels like wood, coal, agro waste briquettes etc. which gives the user flexibility of using the fuel as per availability.
Higher Heat transfer area:
The water walls in the radiation zone above the external furnace are designed for the maximum heat transfer. This also ensures lower temperature at the entry of the convective zone resulting in better efficiency.
Minimum Refractory:
Refractory work is minimum ensuring less erecting time at site.
Mountings & Accessories:
VOLFRAM Boilers are fitted with mounting and accessories of international repute and standards, the feed water pumps are the vertical multistage SS pumps.
Higher Steam Space:
The higher steam space inside the boiler results in better response to fluctuating steam loads.
TDS based Automatic Boiler Blow down:
The boiler is optionally provided with TDS based automatic boiler blow down system which ensures optimum blow down from the boiler & saves fuel.
Capacity Range:
From 6000 kg/hr to 10000 kg/hr.
Standard Design Pressure:
10.54 kg/cm2 (g), 17.5 kg/cm2 (g) & 21 kg/cm2 (g)
VOLFRAM offers complete package for the Boiler House consisting of:
  • Chimney
  • Pollution control equipments
  • Piping (IBR/NIBR)
  • Feed water tank with accessories
  • On site IBR formalities
