In the consumer products industry, the Vertical Form, Fill, and Seal (VFFS) machines are the quintessence used for a wide variety of packaging applications. VFFS machine is extensively used for the packaging of dry food products like sugar, flour, spices, cereals, pulses, assorted mixtures, namkeen, popcorn, rice, corn, puffed rice, edible oil, etc. VT Corp VFFS machine is the epitome in the flexible packaging due to its quality, service life and sophistication which offers high speed, high accuracy and efficient flexible packaging of a wide variety of consumer or retail products be it in any form such as powder, granules, liquid, paste, etc. The machine forms the pouch out of a heat sealable laminate roll, while simultaneously filling the pouch bags with the product by the help of suitable filler (dosing) and sealing the filled pouch bags. The vertical sealing mechanism remains in contact with the pouch film continuously so that the film does not need to stop to receive its vertical seam. After this, a heated sealing jaws come together to make the top sealing of one bag and the bottom seal of the next bag thus making it a continuous motion machine. Once the material is filled completely in the pouch bags, a sharp knife inside the heat seal jaws moves forward and cuts the bags. The jaw opens and the packaged pouch bag drops down into the take-up conveyor

The VT Corp Auger Filler is a vertical screw feeder based on the volumetric feeding principle which propels the material by its accurate number of rotations controlling the feed volume with the help of servo motor. Agitator is an essential part of this filler to keep the material uniform by maintaining its bulk density. Auger screw and the Agitator speed can be set from HMI (Human Machine Interface). Also, the number of rotations of the screw can be set from HMI to get accurate filling of the material in volume. It is most widely used in packaging of non- free flowing products.

The VT CORP Electronic Screw Packer Model VTC-PMT is a stationary bagging machine and Screw Packer Open Mouth Bag Packing/Filling Machine for packing difficult-flowing powdery bulk materials into open mouth bags with a simultaneous weighing of the bulk material from 05 to 50 Kg. The specially designed screw feeder carries material uniformly & has a very large inlet to prevent arching / bridging normally occurring in the inlet neck portion. It has agitating & conditioning screws on the same shaft to ensure smooth and uniform flow material. The VT CORP Electronic Packer Model "VTC-GFPN" is a gravity feed packer specifically for Sponge Packing and granular products. The GFPN is a stationary open-mouth bag filling machine that weighs bulk material from 20 to 50 kg at the same time. The bulk material is passed through the double weigh into a bag with coarse and fine and super fine flow control. The net weigher has a high discharge rate with very high accuracy on account of variable feeding speeds. We created a microprocessor-based controller for filling and weighing units on packers.

The Automatic Pick Fill Sealing Machine and Pouch Packing Machine is used for filling various types of solids and powders. The machine works automatically in picking, filling, and sealing of open Mouth Bags. It offers flexibility of using specific products with customized feeders. We have customized the machine to pack all type of Powder & Granules material and currently worked for a Dry Wall Putty in Open Mouth Bags with the help of a robotic arm to pick the bags as a primary operation and then fill the material followed by stitching/sealing the bags which makes the machine fully automated, to make this process dust free for the good working environment we have provided a bag filter mechanism with the machine.

The VT CORP Electronic Packer Model VTC-VIP is a stationary valve type bag filling machine for packing easy-flowing powdery bulk materials into valve bags with a simultaneous weighing of the bulk material from 20 to 50 Kg. The bulk material is passed through a filling impeller into a valve bag with coarse and fine flow control. Simultaneous weighing of the filling process (gross system) ensures very high output of each filling station. The machine comes with a bag resting on a saddle during filling. It is therefore possible to use paper bags with only two layers without special valve reinforcement.
