SBR 330 is modified Styrene Butadiene Rubber based Multipurpose and high quality Latex. AQUAFLEX® SURE COAT is a single component, specially designed transparent coating for terrace waterproofing. Ultraviolet resistant and easy to apply product.

Shelf Life & Storage:

Factory sealed packs are best before 12months from the date of manufacturing in an unopened condition and stored in an appropriate container of Rigid PVC, HDPE, finished Stainless steel, ceramic, and enamelled/rubberized containers.

The material should be stored between 5°C to 40°C and avoid exposure to heavy sunlight.

How to Apply:

The surface should be clean and free from dirt, oil or grease before application. Ensure that the substrate is levelled for undulations and having less absorption.

All surface cracks up to 5 mm should be filled with “RITECARE ACF” before priming.

Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled with “MYMIX SBR Latex” modified mortar. Bigger Cracks, damaged portions and hollow areas must be repaired with polymer-modified screed.

Surface washed with water shall be allowed to dry completely before application of AQUAFLEX SURE COAT.

Application:

Mix well materials before use in the original container.

Apply the 1st coat of MYMIX-AQUAFLEX SURE COATwith a brush, roller or spray. If applied by brush or roller the coat should be applied in one direction only.

Allow it to dry completely for 2-3 hours.

Apply the 2nd coat of MYMIX-AQUAFLEX SURE COAT on the dried 1st coat. if applied by brush or roller, the 2nd coat should be applied in the perpendicular direction to the 1st coat.

Allow it to dry 2-3 hours.

Apply the 3rd coat in the direction of the 1st coat and allow it to air dry completely for 3 days for complete cross-linking of the coating.

Note on Applications / Limitations:

Do not apply if there is direct contact with water.

The surface coated with AQUAFLEX SURE COAT should be allowed to dry completely for at least 3 days without water contact.

The product should not be diluted more than 5% with water.

The product is specifically designed for foot traffic and not for vehicle, point load, or equipment/machinery movement, which may rupture the coating.

All the corners, joints, protrusions, and outlets should be coated with two extra coats of AQUAFLEX SURE COAT.
