Our ceramic wear pads exploits the high wear resistance of high alumina (92%) ceramic hexagonal tiles and is especially suited for applications such as fine abrasive sliding particles and high-speed wet slurry. Waidhan groups ceramic wear pads are supplied with special CN bonding layer for very good adhesion to the metal or rubber surface. Metal backed liners are also available.

Hoppers, wear liner package for chutes, transfer points, drain chutes, deflector plates, bucket elevator, screens, grizzly bars, air separator in vertical raw mill (VRM), screw conveyors, dam ring etc are being manufactured by us for cement industry.
Coal nozzle tips, closure joint, helix ribbon etc are being supplied regularly to NTPCs, State electricity boards and other private thermal power stations. Further SS and GI bucket strainer used in cooling towers are also manufactured by us.
