- Rotary Airlock Valve comes with a stator & rotor. The connecting radial $ axial clearance is around 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
- The rotor includes vanes (6 or 8) welded on the shaft and is mounted on the bearings at both the ends of the stator.
- A geared motor is provided to spin the rotor. As the clearance between rotor & stator is relatively low, the air leak is very least and it releases only powder.
