This special TS32 mm Rail Mounted Melamine Terminal facilitates quick connections and disconnections between the machine and the control panel, and is also suitable for semi draw-out type machine control centres. A screw driver operated knob provided on the top provides the required locking and detachment facilities between the plug and socket. Screw connections fitted with leaf springs for the incoming and outgoing conductors are provided to obviate pinching of the conductors. An additional non-relaxing spring which carries no electrical loads ensures a permanent high contact pressure with low contact resistance.
The Panel Mounted terminals of elmex range are so designed as to fit on any panel / surface. The terminals are stackable and can be fixed on the surface with the help of fixing screws at the end.
elmex offers a wide range of terminal blocks for conductor size ranging from 2.5 to 96 sq. mm tested and approved fir 1000 VDC suitable for use in Solar Photovoltaic Systems. Electrical ratings of these terminal blocks are given below. These terminal blocks have conductor termination by screw-clamp technology or by screwless/spring clamp technology.
