A dual type Duplex Filter is offered for continuous operation. It has 3-way diverting valves for change over. It is suitable for:

Filter elements are of basket or pleated type. Cartridges are used for fine filtration.
Duplex Filter can be offered with various automation options such as differential pressure gauge / switch along with the buzzer alarm as per the process requirements.

Bag filters are used for large filtration area and are cost effective. Bags are available in various material of construction to suit the service fluid.

Self- Cleaning and Back Flushing type automatic Filter is designed and manufactured as per the process requirement. The automatic self-cleaning filtration system provides excellent filtration for industrial applications. It has a unique back flush cleaning cycle which provides uninterrupted filtration with minimal amount of system pressure drop.

Cartridge Filtration is available for depth filtration. The numbers of cartridges are selected based on the micron size and flow rate for a permissible pressure drop. It is available in various material of construction.

Adsorbent and Activated Carbon is used to remove color, odor, fumes, and smoke from the stream. It is used for water purification and for various other adsorption applications. Also used for removal of solvent vapors and toxic contaminants. They act as filter aid in removing solids from the liquid.

Other application includes removing metal catalyst from the stream.

The adsorbent properties of the medium helps to removes dissolved as well as undissolved contaminants.

Disc Filter customized design to suit high pressure are available in various material of construction.

We also design and supply loose mesh of specific shape and size.

Multi-ply mesh as per the specification is supplied.

Single housing Simplex Filter of Basket and Pleated type for Gas, liquid filtration are designed and manufactured for Gas and Liquid filtration.

It consists of single filter element with required filtration area. The filter element is supported by the stiffener to take care of high differential pressure. We also provide cartridges of required make to suit the service fluid.
Automation options are available such as differential pressure switch along with buzzer alarm.
Housing is designed based on ASME calculations. Available in various material of construction such as MS, CS, SS 304, SS 316, SS 316L, Alloy Steel, etc.
