MANUFACTURING VESSEL:

• 3 agitation assemblies are supported by top dish
• Geared motor is the fuel for agitator
• It is balanced by 3 legs that are at an equal distance and 120 deg angles
• It is insulated with mineral wool with SS 304 cladding
• It is jacketed for circulation or cold water and steam
• Product contact points are made of SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish)
• SS 316 L anchor stirrer consists of plates rotating at a speed of 50 rpm
• Top dish is provided with the following 400 mm dia manhole / 100 mm dia light glass / 25 phase vessel inlet / 50 mm dia Butterfly discharge valve / 10 mm dia temperature sensor

PHASE VESSEL:

• It is insulated with mineral wool with SS 304 cladding
• It is made of SS 304 and jacketed for circulation or cold water and steam
• Product contact points: SS 316L, Class 4 B (mirror finish)
• Propeller type agitator rotates at 960 Rpm

BATCH STORAGE TROLLEY

• It has 40 mm butterfly discharge valve and a flat top lid
• Product contact points have SS 316 L as material of construction to class 4 B
• SS 304 finished covers, with class 2 B stain finish
• The vessel is mounted on 3 legs and castor wheels
• This cylindrical trolley has 3mm thick conical bottom vessel

• Contra Rotary mixer Heavy duty is a main manufacturing vessel for paste making
• It efficiently combines liquid and solid particles to paste/gel under Vacuum
• Set of blades rotating opposite to each other gives turbulence for effective mixing
• Materials may be either charged open cover or by vacuum feed.
• Large quantities of material from phase vessel is sucked efficiently by vacuum
• Supported on 3 legs : 2 Size located at 120 deg equal angles
• Main Agitator motor : driven by suitable motor with both sets of blades
• Motor: Crompton/Kirloskar make FLP and Gearbox Radicon/Elecon/Shanthi
