The Ribbon Blender Machinery is made with solid SS/MS U trough. This is fitted with an efficient double helical agitator which gives a perfect mix of various liquid and powder material, leaving no unmixed spots. Exhaustive mixing is ensured with the construction of various types of ribbon profiles in the main shaft. Few of the application areas of Ribbon Blender Machinery are foods, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics and pesticides industry. We can custom design the ribbon profiles as per the requirements of customers. The equipment has reverse and forward helix with continuous ribbons, which provides gentle mixing.
