Our Complete range of products are Asco - VM Series Folding Machine and Folding Machine.
With the VM300 and VM400 folding machine, screen, PVC and other fabrics are folded and clamped in a special plastic U-profile. This process guarantees an exact flat fold for welding a pocket with, for example, an IL110 welding machine. After welding, the U-profile is removed and can be used again. Three different U-profiles are available in a maximum length of 400 cm.
For creasing coated fabrics (one or two crease lines), this machine can be build with a special crease blade.
FEATURES
Taping and folding is an alternative for sewing, for example, top and bottom hem pockets. The ASCO TM range tape and folding machines offer an automatic solution for connecting fabrics with double sided tape instead of sewing.
