Hashima HP-1000LW is a Straight Linear Fusing Press.

FEATURES

The Newly Designed Double Pressure System assures Higher Pressure Efficiency. The first roller spreads resinbetween the fabric and interlining, and the second roller strengthens adhesion.
The Heater Zone is divided into Four parts and each Zone can be adjusted Separately. The Mandatory PressureSystem is newly adopted to improve the Thermal Efficiency.
As the Tension Rollers are adopted on the Back of the belts, Fabrics or extra Interlining never Twine aroundthe Tension Rollers.
Adopted a New belt warping Prevention device which moves less than old type but performs Better and preventsExtra Tension.
The Seemless Belt is adopted as standard and it promises a Long Life.
The Second Cooling fan cools down the fused , Material immediately.
In addition to the Belt Cleaner on the surface of the Belt, another belt cleaner is adopted on the Back of the Belt.
The Dispositon of the Heater can be customized to be Flat.

FEATURES

A strong sillcon rubbered roller ensures uniform pressure.
Electric thermostat and S.S.R(Solid State Relay) control the temperature difference to a minimum, and electrical contactpointless components are used.
Belt warping is automatically corrected, therefore, the operator only needs to insert the material.
A smooth-surfaced heat-proof Teflon belt is used, so belt cleaning is easy.
A more powerful and quiet induction motor is used to increase efficiency.
This machine has a larger receiver, which allow stacking of a larger quantity of products.
A touch & open type side cover is used to make inspection and maintenance of the machine easier.
Two cleaners are installed. One is on the belt and the other is on the drum to prevent trouble such as resin strike back.
Casters allow easy movement of the machine therefore its position in the factory can be easily changed.

Hashima HP-125FA is a Fully Automatic Flat Fusing Press.

In case of emergencies, just push the emergency button to raise the upper plate.
The upper plate is coated with an anti-static Teflon sheet for soil-free operation. Any adhesive or other impurity which sticks to the plate car be removed with ease so that materials are always kept clean.
Uses a special heater which exhibits excellent themal efficiency and assures a long service life. Aluminum is used for the upper plate, and the electronic themostat and SSR controls the temperature difference range to within4.
A 300W blow motor makes a powerful vacuum, and provides extra sucking power.
