Industrial Coupler

Our product range contains a wide range of Electrofusion Coupler

Electro fusion couplers are used to connect two long HDPE pipes, repairing leakage joints and for connecting TEE joints with HDPE pipe.
Manufactured using HDPE 100, same material as of pipes to ensure uniform bonding, resulting in homogenous joint.
Manufactured in black colour suitable for SDR11 standard. Its strength is comparable to buttfusion joints. Couplers are designed with large insertion depths.
Wide fusion zones with cold zones at the middle and end to avoid outward flow of molten plastic. Can be easily installed without using any holding devices.
Compatible with all standard fusion machines. Sizes available from 25mm to 16Orritti Couplers comply with BS EN 12201. BS 6920
WRAS Certified: Suitability of non- metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water.
