  • The function of the Air Release Valve is to release air pockets that are formed at each high point of a full pressured pipeline.
  • Air Release Valves are essential for pipeline durability & flow efficiency and water hammer protection.
  • Trapped air in the pipeline causes the water meter turbine to rotate, resulting in faulty meter readings.
  • This error is prevented in case of air release valve.
  • Product designed to allow passage of air and prevents leakage of water from the top. Engineering plastic is used for durability. Easy to install and maintain — No need of masonry work.
  • Made from WRAS approved material and food grade plastic ensuring safe for human consumption.
  • BS 6920 WRAS Certified: Suitability of non- metallic products for use in contact with water intended for human consumption with regard to their effect on the quality of the water.

  • Designs available in 5 LPM @0.5bar pressure, 10LPM and 15LPM.
  • Made from SS Extrusions (Machined) and not from castings, hence reducing the chances of manufacturing defects like blow holes and shrinkage.
  • Can be manufactured from SS 316/55 304/55 202 based on project technical specification CNC machined for better dirnensional accuracy resulting in precise output flow Fully automatic working, hence no manual flow adjustment required.
  • Output flow has a saturation knit; hence water loss due to installation of suction pumps is prevented.
  • Single body design prevents unnecessary fiddling and reduces water losses as in case of conventional brass ferrule.
  • In built NRV (Non return valve) hence only unidirectional flow allowed. FCV is designed to withstand high line pressures.
  • Zero maintenance. Factory calibrated design hence, once installed immediately ready to use.
  • FCRI Tested for output flow calibration for given line pressure.
