Our product range contains a wide range of Autoclave Horizontal Cylindrical and Autoclave Vertical
This is a double walled unit mounted horizontally on a sturdy, heavy mild steel tubular stand duly painted . the inner wall is made up of 18 SWG stainless steel sheet duly argon arc welded . outer wall is of thick s.s. plate and is provided with radial locking system which ensures complete risk free and leakproof sterilization . door when in operation or under pressure . pressure is adjustable from 10 to 20 p.s.i. fitted with pressure gauze. Safety valve and steam release valve. Horizontal autoclaves are available with or without s.s. boiler for units fitted with S.S. boiler, separate valves for injecting the steam into the main chamber and releasing the steam in atmosphere after use re provided hydraulically tested up to 40 P.S.I. . automatic vacuum breaker is provided to break the vacuum in case of vacuum due to steam condensation . fitted with automatic pressure gauze control switch and automatic low water level cut off device. To work on 220 volt, A.C. supply; Available in following sizes:

High pressure vertical steam sterilizer is used for sterilizing, surgical instruments dressing materials linen rubber, plastic material by means of saturated stream under pressure of 15 to 20 P.S.I. (adjusted) apart from health services it is also used in scientific research laboratories, educational institutions and universities. The triple wall unit has inner chamber steam jacket and outer wall made of S.S. duly argon arc welded. The space between outer wall and steam jacket is filled with high grade glass wool to minimize the temperature loss, all sterilizers are hydraulically tested up to 40 P.S.I the lid is made of thick S.S./ gunmetal and closed by wing nut type closing arrangements fitted with a gasket made of neoprene rubber, water level arrangements to indicate water level, pressure gauze , steam release cock , spring loaded safety valve which can be set at any selected point from 10 P.S.I , +_ 3 P.S.I and drain cock. Supplied complete with cord and plug to work on 220 volt. 50 Hz. AC supply. Available in following sizes.
