Size 95x50x50 cms with sloping front. Acrylic sheet front and side doors (full visible Transparent) 3'' germicidal ultraviolet tube and 2'' fluorescent tube for white light with necessary choke blast, starter and switches fitted. Also main lead and plug provided. Two holes with rings and sieves for insertion of arms provided. (b) -do- fitted with small tube.
The cabinets are fabricated out of thick board duly sun mica clad. Interior surfaces Epoxy painted for its longer life. The work table is made of thick board which is sun mica clad at top. Side panels are made out of thick transparent plexi glass duly framed. The unit is fitted with pre-fitter and HEPA-fitter. Air is drawn through highly effective HEPA fitters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all air-borne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Using a dynamic balancing machine, the blower and motor assembly is statically and dynamically balanced. Motor of H.P. capacity operates with minimum noise level. The working area is illuminated by fluorescent lighting fitted to the unit. The height of working table provides a comfortable SIT DOWN? working position for the operator. In addition to the above features of a standard vertical laminar flow bench, the MB? bio-state cabinets have arrangement for re-circulating a part of the air thus creating highest level of clean air. The unit is also convertible to the conventional vertical laminar flow bench with downward air flow by lifting the sliding front door upwards. Air is sucked through pre-fitter and the excess air is thrown out from the top by means of a COMPUTER FAN fitted at the top of the unit and is let out through a HEPA fitter of a size 1x1x6?. GLOVE PARTS AND GAUNTLETS are provided on the front door. Unit is fitted with built in U.V. germicidal light. To work on 220/230 volts A.C. supply.
