the ashok mini batching plant comes in two popular options rv800 and rv1050. Both the options are designed to give best mixing results with accurate weighing of sand, cement and aggregate along with digital display and control panel for easy operation. There is automatic water dozing system along with timer. It has a solid chassis fitted with 4 wheels for tow ability.

three bin system with electronic load cells for separate and accurate weighing of sand, aggregate and cement along with digital display
heavy towable chassis with swiveling base fitted with pneumatic wheels for easy maneuverability
shutter vibrator attached to the hopper for smooth and easy flow of sand, cement, aggregates from hopper to mixer. (optional)
time relayer and water pump with hose for automatic feeding of water into the mixer which can be controlled directly from the control panel
centralised control panel with digital display for showing the amount of sand, aggregate and cement, for adjustment of quantity of water into the mixer and complete operation of the mixer
