For leveling as well as compaction of concrete, it consists of high quality steel beam with spacing 12 in between. Special vibrator motor is mounted in the center, rope chain with handles for pulling.

Aerojet' is a unique type of Vibrator having the latest vibration techniques and design. It has no ball bearings and has one moving part only, still its performance is highly satisfactory. Its wear & tear is quite insignificant and maintenance cost is also negligible. All parts are made of special alloy steel. Supplied with 10ft intake and exhaust hose and 15ft 3/4" air auxiliary hose, twist throttle control. Available in various needle sizes.
Powered by 4.4-HP 'Greaves' Diesel Engine or 5.5-HP 'Field Marshall Hatz' Diesel Engine or 1.9-HP 'Greaves' Petrol / Kerosene Engine or 3.4-HP 'Greaves' Petrol / Kerosene Engine or 3.1-HP 'Shriram Honda' Petrol / Kerosene Engine or 2-HP/3-HP 440/3/50/AC Electric Motor, directly coupled with 4mtr/5mtr or 6 mtr long flexible shaft and with 28mm/ 40mm/50mm/60mm or 70mm dia needle, mounted on 360 swiveling base with handles.
Water Pump can be fitted with flexible shaft and can be driven with the engine of vibrator and thus eliminates requirement of separate engine for Pump.
