The drilling valve and seat design is universal to all major manufacturer mud pump models for unlimited versatility and extended valve and seat life. It also reduces insert swelling and movement, fluid end cracking, and washouts.
CSS inserts offer significant advantages over traditional replacement valves through a cost-effective molding process that locks the insert in place. This process increases abrasion and extrusion resistance providing longer valve life.
These urethane inserts are designed to operate in pressures up to 7, 500 psi and temperatures up to 149°C (300°F).
CSS valve Inserts are made out of high quality polyurethane material and compatible with most of the chemicals in the drilling industry.
