Autobahn make  safety clamp  can also be used while running in large diameter surface casing, handling of drilling risers and casing heads during installation and lifting prepacked gravel liners. The  Safety Clamp  consists of individual links, flexibly hinged together. Each link has a separate tapered slip which acts as a gripping member, much like a tapered rotary slip, and each slip is held in a retracted position on the taper by spring tension. When the clamp is tightened, each small slip takes a firm initial grip on the surface of the pipe. Should the pipe start to fall, or should load increase occur against the slips, the taper mounting causes each slip to wedge tighter against the surface of the pipe to increase the grip or lock the pipe against further movement. The multi-link design provides uniform pressure around the pipe so the risks of crushing the pipe or damaging the surface are minimized. Each link complete with tapered slip is interchangeable as a unit and is readily adaptable to any diameter sizes from 2.7/8" to 36". When the casing is run into the drilled hole it is desired that casing string must be aligned with the center of the hole and casing can be rotated during cementing operations. This ensures placement of cement slurry uniformly around the casing for a good cement bonding between casing and borehole. Autobahn Industries has developed Solid Body Pin Drive  master bushing  as per API - 7K specifications taking into account different sizes of rotary tables i.e. 27-1/2". The advantage of using Pin Drive  Kelly Bushings  makes it possible to use extended split bowls in the rotary table while the  Kelly bushing  is in operation. The extended bowls are made in three sizes as per API for different sizes of tubulars as given below :- Extended bowls provide better slip back ups & this back up is made use in running in heavier tubular strings with out string failure due to bottle necking. ABMB 2750 PS with appropriate insert bowl in use can hold maximum of 500 tons string load. These  Master Bushing  are provided with locks to secure the bowls into the  bushings .

Autobahn Industries has developed special type Split Types Pin Drive  Master Bushing suitable for 27 1/2" API Rotary Table as per API-7K specifications which can handle tubular size from 2-3/8" to 13-3/8" OD with the help of bowl no. 1, 2 & 3 and  Master Bushing  designed to handle string load of 500 ton.   Main advantages of this special Split Type Pin Drive  Master Bushing  as as under :- Split Type Pin Drive Master Bush can be remove from the drilling string to pass large diameter bit and         pipe connection directly through the rotary table BOP can be easily lifted by removing the Split Type Master Bush from the Rotary Table. Master Bush can be lock with the Rotary Table and Master Bush has locks that hold the bowls securely         in the bushing. String and near bit stabilizers can be used with removing Split Type  Master Bushing from the Rotary Table.

AUTOBAHN INDUSTRIES Casing Slips are made out of best quality of alloy steel having an API taper of 4 inch per feet on the diameter fitted with circular buttons and with 3 to 4 Nos of up right handles. Multi Segment design of   Casing slips   ensure self centering of casings in the rotary table.   Casing slips   insert are so designed that these hold the casing pipe firmly with out causing any damage. The advantage   Casing slips   of multi segment design lies in the fact that by simply increasing or decreasing the number of slip segments, casing sizes from 5 inch to 30 inch OD can be handled with ease while dressing the slip with appropriate size of insert.

Autobahn make  Spring Loaded Power Slip (AB-SPS-27)  is foot-operated slip to protect Drill Pipes  and tubing with range from 4 1/2" to 5 1/2" while setting and releasing by simply changing inserts. The slip can be set simply by applying foot pressure on the slip set ring. This eliminates the manual setting and lifting of slip. The unit consists of four slip segments with inserts and four coil spring cartridges as a counter balance to offset the weight of slips when in the upper released position. Autobahn make  Spring Loaded Power Slip (AB-SPS-27)  is suitable to fit into 27 1/2" and 37 1/2" to 49 1/2" Rotary table with API Pin Drive  Master Bushing . The unit consists of three major assemblies as under: - AB-SPS-27 Top Cover Assembly:  Top cover assembly is ergonomically designed with two halves and slip set ring. Top cover assembly is mounted on four slip hangers with pins. Slip Assembly:  Four slip segments of 16 1/2" grip length for gripping the tubular size 4 1/2" to 5 1/2", are dressed with 48EA Inserts, 4EA Insert Retaining Ring and 8EA Allen Screw. Bowl Assembly:  Bowl assembly consists of two halves connected with bowl hinge pin to enable the installation and removal of the power slip from the  Master Bushing . Bowl assembly is provided with four numbers of Coil Spring Cartridges and Foot Pedal for releasing the slips.
