These thin-walled 0.2ml and 0.5 ml PCR- tubes are our quality concept for reproducible PCR- results. High transparency and new designed lips are unique product features that ensure comfortable handling, tight sealing and easy opening of the tunes. A special hinge allows lid to go into a defied position of 90 c . they can be used in most thermal cyclers with heated lids. All our PCR-tubes can be autoclaved (121 C , 15 ml.) certified to be free of any detectable human DNS , DNase , RNase and PCR- inhibitors

The Mini - 6K & 10K available with same different rotor configuration. The strip tube model holds two 8 x 0.2 ml PCR strip tubes or 16 individual 0.2 ml tubes. The standard model accommodates 6 x 1.5/2.0 ml tubes directly and smaller tubes with adapters. Both 0.5 ml and 0.2 ml adapters are supplied with the standard unit. Operation of the centrifuge begins when the lid is closed. The rotor is quickly accelerated to 6000/10000 rpm. Upon opening the lid, the rotor comes to a stop.

Specification
The Grant Basix refrigerated circulating bath with digital thermostatic controller provides reliable cooling from -20C to 100C. The bath has a plugged drain pipe for easy emptying and a safety float switch with over temperature cut-out. A great value solution for applications such as sample preparation and calibration.

with PTFE lid all sides polishedPolarimetric Measurement for some applications, e.g. in polarimetri and for circular dichroism measurements, it is important to check that the cells are free of strain birefringence. The effect of possible strain birefringence is determined in the following way: In a polarimeter the rotation of the plane of polarisation of the incident linearly polarised light is measured. The measurement is carried out in a circular area of approximately 3 mm diameter whose centre coincides with the centre height of the empty cell. Because of the measuring geometry, only cells with an aperture diameter or aperture width of greater than 3 mm can be measured in this way.
