Homogenizer Stirrer – Portable Model
Homogenizers are designed for homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, suspending, solubilizing, milling, disintegrating solids and mixing fluids at high speed.
The equipment consists of stator and rotor assembly made of SS 316. The rotor moves inside the stator, the stator is provided with hole/slots and the material passes through these hole/slots several times and thus size reduction and homogenization are obtained.
Stand with adjustable height arrangements with ball screw mechanism manual/motarised operation.
Rotor shaft is directly coupled to motor
All contact parts are made out of 316 quality material.
Maximum care has been taken to ensure safe operation of the unit.
Motor: From o.5 Hp to 10 Hp, Optional FLP Motor and Electricals, Driven and controlled by VFD.
Mixing capacities vary according to the process material, viscosity, shape of vessel.
