Boinns Ribbon Blenders are ideal for mixing dry free-flowing solids and used for all dry foods products, nutraceuticals, protein powder mixes, dry juice mixes, chemicals, fertilizer, insecticides, colorants, resins and polymers. The moderate shear of the ribbon or paddle naturally breaks down lumps and agglomerates.
Ribbon blenders are extremely efficient and economical. The double ribbon mixer design moves solids in two directions simultaneously and also rotationally to provide the mixing action.
The inner ribbon mixer moves the solids toward the ends of the trough and the outer ribbons move solids toward the middle of the trough. When discharging the solids, the outer ribbons move the solids toward the centre discharge valve.

Boinns Bin blenders are used mainly for blending of dry powders for tablet and capsule manufacturing process, which facilitates better flow for tablets and capsules. This is a closed contained, totally dust free single step transfer system. It can handle more than one size of container (Bin).
Conta Blender has a flexibility of Batch Volume. Varying size of containers can be mounted on a drive console which is equipped which clamping arm. Batch size variation achievable in 3000 Liters. Model for example, is from 5 Liters to 3000 Liters. using different sizes of containers. The mixing efficiency is better than the other type of tumbling blenders like Double Cone, 'V' or Octa as they rotate in a diagonal and in a eccentric plane. It shuffles the product intimately resulting in homogeneous blend within 5-20 min.

The characteristics of the three-dimensional motion mixer are that the mixing cylinder of the mixer moves in multiple directions
the material has no centrifugal force, specific gravity segregation, stratification and accumulation, the components can have a wide weight ratio, and the mixing rate can reach more than 99.9%It is an ideal product among all kinds of mixers at present. The cylinder loading rate is high, up to 90% (only 40% for ordinary mixers), with high efficiency and short mixing time.The machine uses the principles of triangle swing, translation rotation and rock, alternating pulse motion, continuously pushing the mixing of materials, and the eddy current generated by it has a change gradient, so as to achieve an ideal mixing state.The machine also has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, high loading coefficient and short mixing time
The barrel for charging the materials is driven by the driving shaft. The barrel body carries on the repeated level movement, rotation, turning and other complex movements so that the materials will carry out the three dimensions and complex movements along the barrel body so as to realize the various movements of the materials. Through disseminating, gathering, agglomerating and mixing to realize uniform mixing.
The material charge rate of barrel is big. Maximum rate can be up to 90% (while normal mixer has only 40-50% of charge rate.). It is high in efficiency and short in mixing time.
The powder mixing machines dual-axis rotational and horizontal movements produce a dynamic mixing action, promoting optimal distribution of all ingredients throughout the blend.
Boinns V-Blenders designs are most often used for the intimate dry blending of free-flowing solids. The solids being blended in these units can vary in bulk density and in percentage of the total mixture. Materials being blended are constantly being split and intermixed as the shell rotates. Normal cycle times are typically in the range of 15 minutes, however can be less depending on the difficulty of blending.
Blenders are supplied with Intensifier bars to permit deagglomeration as needed. Discharge is accomplished through a manually or pneumatically operated Butterfly valve. The valve is positioned 24” from the floor when in the bottom position. All units are provided with appropriate safety railings and appropriately interlocked safety interlocks. Stop-Start and E-Stop Pushbuttons are included with all blenders.
The recommended fill-up volume for the V-Blender is 50 to 60% of the total blender volume. For example, if the fill of material in the blender is increased from 50% of the total volume to 70% of the total volume, the time taken for homogenous blending may be doubled

Bodhi Innovations OCTAGONAL BLENDER is an efficient and versatile blending machine for mixing and lubrication process of dry granules homogeneously. Two third of the volume of the Octagonal Blender is filled to ensure proper mixing. The Octagonal Blender gives best result for granules due to very slow speed and octagon shape of container. It can be used for Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical and Cosmetic products etc.
In Octagonal Blender the granules come from all sides due to the octagonal shape of the product container, hence requirement of RPM is less. Suitable mainly for Crystalline & Granular type material. This type of material gets sufficient continuous movement due to their shape if container have only slow movement and will results in good quality of blending / lubrication of granules.
