It is perfect for any food manufacturer or processor to lift and load 200L to 500L bin into tall or large machinery, reducing staff manual handling and increasing productivity, it is rated to carry a payload of up to 500kgs.

Main lifting column is made of M.S. structure and externally cladded by SS 304 material with front side covered with PVC belt to prevent powder entering the column area.

Hydraulic lifting arrangement comprised of double acting hydraulic cylinder, actuated by gear pump through directional control valve.

Power Pack - The electro hydraulic power pack consist of oil reservoir, oil level indicator, filter breather, suction strainer, gear pump and electric motor.

Operation Safety - To have safe operation to protect man and machine, our lifting unit is provided with various protective arrangement such as non-return valve, which prevents lifter coming down in case of hose failure.

Bin up position locking arrangement can be given by means of special stopper arrangement on request.

Base frame is also equipped with two fixed castors and two lockable castors.

An IPC (Intermediate Product Container) Bin is a special type of container used closely with the IPC bin. It is used for blending of dry powders during tablet and capsules manufacturing. The bin blender machine enables good lubrication of granules, homogenization, mixing or granules and material conveyance to other processes.

Scissor lifts are mobile supported cage type work platforms used for safely moves of workers vertically into different locations. Scissor lifts are different from aerial lifts because the lifting mechanism moves the cage type work platform straight up and down using crossed beams functioning in a scissor attached to the base structural portable assembly.

The steel supporting beams under the cage type work platform are hinged with pivot points, creating an assembly resembling connected scissor blades. When the base of the beams is pushed together, the structure extends, raising the work platform vertically.
