Bossmanfilters's HydrocycloneSand separator is a simple unit that is easy to maintain and operate.It has no moving parts or filter elements.This unit utilizes a conical shaped separator that accelerates the velocity of water maximizing separation of sand and other solid particles with greater than 90% efficiency and higher with very low pressure loss.This separator has been designed and made to meed highest requirements as to Quality and finish.These hydrocyclone separator protect the filteration equipmentsstrainers and other irrigation equipments from damage and abrasion caused by debries and years of performance to the life and efficiency of your equipments.

Suction strainers Reusable SS 100 mesh 149 micron std, Alumininum die cast nut, Steel cap support tube, Continuous epoxy bond. Suitable for hydraulicmineral oil.

18" perforated type 304 stainless steel on sizes 2" to 24".Other perforations, meshes and materials are available upon request.Standard units are fabricated with slip-on flanges in standard pressure classes up to 2500 lb.Dimensions can be modified to suit customer requirements

These filters are normally-rated polypropylene depth filter and extremely robust and compatible with a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents.The filter is free of surfacaunts , Lubricants , resign binders , adhesives , antistatics or release agents and other additives. These filters can be used for clarifications, polishing and prefiltration in the pharmaceutical and biological, food and beverage, water purification and chemical industries.

The Bossmanfilter B3000 Series Duplex Basket Strainer Filter is available in sizes 1" through 24" for system pressures up to 600 PSIG. The basket covers are quickopening or ANSI flanged.Strainer is manufactured in accordance with ASME Code, Section VIII, Division I for Unfired PressureVessels.Materials available: carbon steel, 304, SS, 316 SS, and Interior coatings are available.

Bossmanfilter B1500 LS and SW Series Fabricated In-Line Basket Strainer housings effectively remove dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleumproducts. Standard housing material is either 316 Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel. Housings come equiped with a standard 18" perforated Stainless Steel basket. These strainers are necessary to provide protection for metering systems against dirt and other foreignmaterial. The large screen area and streamlined flow path minimize pressure drop.The sturdy basket can withstand a 3.3 bar differential pressure without bursting and is easily removed for cleaning. Many features of these strainer housings can be customized such as material of construction, closure style, pressure rating, connection style and size, and optional support legs. Other perforation sizes or mesh lined baskets are also available.

Used primarily for new pipeline start-up or where solid loading is minimal.Available in conical, basket and plate configurations.Available flat faced, raised face or RTJ with or without face serrations.All 304 SS construction is standard. Construction in other materials is available

During accumulation of filtration cake on inner surface of the screen, pressure loss is created accordingly.When the pressure drop between the inlet and outlet of the filter reached 0.5 bar, cleaning of the filtration cylinder is operated automatically.This operation consists of opening an exhaust valve located on the housing lid and starting the electric motor which revolving brushes and flushed out through the open exhaust valve.The cleaning duration is around 15 seconds.The service flow of the filtered water is continuous during the cleaning cycle.
