Probe Sonicator B196-IIN, An ideal ultrasonic cell disintegrator for experiments. Includes 150W control unit and transducer with variable power output, stand, tool kit and instruction manual. Designed to handle a variety of applications including disruption of cells, bacteria, spores, emulsification of immiscible liquids, homogenization, uniform dispersion of particles in liquids, acceleration of reactions, depolymerization of large molecules and degassing of liquids. Sample volumes can range from 10-100mL with the availability of different size titanium tips. Microscale sample is not suited.
