We offer a complete product range of Briquette Fired Package Boiler
HORIZONTAL 3 PASS Wood / Briquette Fired Package Boiler (Wet Back Design )having an evaporation capacity of 2000 kgs/hr of steam from and at 100C with working pressure of 10.54 kg/Sq.cm (150 PSI) along with standard Boiler mountings & fittings.

PUMPING ARRANGEMENT:
PAINTINGS AND REFRACTORY:To minimize radiation units are protected with Boiler heatproof paint inside and outside. Painted in attractive colors. Return chamber are caste with special heat resistive refectory of ACC super crate cement which minimizes radiation losses.
LADDER PLATFORM & COVER :Main boiler is mounted on strong and studychair, Ladder and platform are provided for easy accesses to valves & mounting onboiler. Our unique constructions helps fast installation at site, needs negligiblefoundation. Required number of mud holes and a large size elliptical manhole is alsoprovided for easy cleaning operation.
DRAUGHT FAN:One No. ID FAN of suitable capacity Mounted on a base frame along with Pulley, V Belt coupled with suitable motor shall be supplied alongwith the Boiler, Designed for 1440 RPM.
One No. FD Fanof suitable capacity directly Coupled with suitable motor shall besupplied alongwith the Boiler.
CONTROL PANEL : One No. Electrical control panel with contactors, switches, starters, HRC fuses, relays, terminals, along with push button switch, pilot lamps, Rotary ON/OFF switch etc, for convenient operation.
WATER LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM:One Water level control system (Mobrey control) side to side entry to regulate high/low water level controls to the boiler
CONSTRUCTION:The Boiler offered as above, will be designed and manufactured by us as per INDIAN BOILER REGULATIONS -1950 ISOR - 831 with latest amendments. Strict quality control is maintained throughout the construction of the Boiler. A complete set of drawings and documents certified by the Inspecting authority of the State of its origin will be furnished by us within three to four weeks from the date of dispatch of the boiler.
Note: the offer Excludes supply of Chimney , civil works & any air or flue gas ducting.
