The dryer is 4 Section 3 deck Jet Ventilated 3.0 meters width Mat/Curtain Dryer-2750 mm in band width, 8 meters in drying length, 1.0 meter cooling section, 1.2 meter feeding side, 1.15 meter discharge side and 3400 MM in height. The dryer is fitted with propeller type high pressure dynamically balanced aluminium fans having jet nozzles for top and bottom of each deck throughout the length of the machine which is also equipped with latest type heating batteries & jet boxes. The machine is also perfectly insulated, its side covering being insulated with heat resisting insulated layer 100 mm thick all round rendering the same absolutely leak-proof so as to ensure optimum conservation and effective and uniform play of heat inside the machine as per design and complete with Dynodrive gear box, motors, and other necessary accessories.

Fixed guide-vanes are provided in front of the propellers to make the air flow parallel to the heating batteries.

Complete with Motors, Starters, Temperature Indicator, Chain and Gear Box.
Dynodrive (Infinitely Variable Speed Unit) can control the drying time from 3 - 40 minutes
The entire outside covering of the dryer is perfectly insulated with heat resisting insulated layer of 100 mm thick all round. Intermediate baffle sheets are provided to eliminate sliding of insulation materials due to vibration
