Our product range contains a wide range of Resin Plant
1.0 Ton Capacity Resin Kettle made out of Double jacketed design of sturdy Stainless Steel sheet of 5mm thickness for inner shell and Mild Steel 6mm thickness of outer shell. The machine is fitted with anchor type agitator. Complete with 1 No. 5.0 HP Motor and Gear Box, digital temperature indicator and electric panel box. The Machine has Horizontal Condenser (Shell & Tube type) Shell MOC-MS, Fluid-cooling water, reflux line and comes fitted with Charging and sampling points. MOC- MS & All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel. Maximum temperature to withstand-300oC, Maximum Pressure-3 kg/cm2. Heating medium-Steam. Cooling medium-cold water. 2Nos. vertical Storage Tanks of 16KL each. The tanks to be epoxy coated in the inside. Material of construction is Mild steel of 6mm(body) and 8mm(base) plates. Two pump for pumping chemical from tank to Resin Kettle. All necessary instrumentation to be supplied. NOTE: Platform and Stairs have to be built by client by civil construction as per our drawing
