Spring loaded roller is capable of applying fixed load of 50N (5 Kgs) as per the standard when pressed. Caltechs compact spring loaded roller can be held by hand firmly, easily pressed to get desired load and reduce human errors for applying constant pressure to provide best dust test results. Calibration adjustment is possible simply by adjusting nut. One single broad roller spring loaded roller along with dust test kit helps to accurately determine size and particle size of dust particles on steel surfaces prior to painting. Chloride Permeability Test Apparatus accurately tests concrete samples of 100mm diameter with 50mm thickness. The best thing about our Chloride Permeability Test Apparatus is that it can test up to three samples at a time as per ASTM C1202.
