These projects have been executed under the strict supervision. In this long span, we have executed turnkey in different designs and sizes.
Chandra Mats Private Limited, through its flagship brand Chandra and Varsha, has been producing premium polypropylene mats since year 2000. We have two separate plants for domestic and exports with an area of 80000 square feet, are constantly being upgraded to keep abreast of the best manufacturing practices. We are ensuring that we have the infrastructure and systems in place to cater to demanding customers from across the world.

Going with the Japanese Technology for mats production we make sure that technological hurdles are minimized. Chandra Mats is having an in depth knowledge of technology and product. Our mainstay is polypropylene mats. By using PP tubes that are woven together with PP yarn in exquisite patterns & designs. The strong research & development combined with creative design yields products that are distinctly carpet-like!

We CHANDRA MATS PRIVATE LIMITED had done agreements with Government authorized bodies to dispose of Hazardous waste and e-Waste so that there will not be any negative impact on environment and also human safety is also not endangered.
Apart from this we had also made an agreement with Fire Safety Firm which does monthly inspection of fire security.
We are committed to provide quality products / system to the end through team work and continuous strives for improvement in Design and quality to achieve customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITY
The respective department heads shall ensure verification of records of products/ material/raw material from supplier and sub vendor to ensure quality at every stage.
REPRESENTATION
For large/special, projects we shall appoint a person as management representative who will be responsible for implementing the quality system in addition to the routine work.
REVIEW
The Managing Director, Quality Head and Production Incharge will carry out the review for maintaining quality, and proper records and shall render any help for smooth functioning, co-ordination between department heads.
This will help to follow procedures, maintenance of records and ultimate aim to meet customer’s expectation in terms of specification and delivery.
Similarly Design Procedure will be discussed with client/consultant and then internal discussion will be held and necessary formats etc. will be prepared/ adopted. At this stage, concerned department heads will be involved.
DESIGN
On readiness of design approval and specification as stated above, purchases of bought out material shall commence which shall include evaluation of vendors/sub contractors and subsequently carry out inspection of bought out material.
