We are offering tapioca starch. tapioca starch is extracted by us from the roots of cassava (manihot esculenta). Majorly used as a stabilizer and thickener, this fine and white tapioca starch is prepared by wet grinding of the washed and continuously rewashing roots. This gives pure carbohydrate in the food grade tapioca starch that is used in ice creams & ice cream cones, plywood, dry battery cell and various other applications.
