Detalis :

  • Maintain a certain gap between spiral and spiral, and between spiral and the lining sleeve, no mechanical wear, low noise, long life.

HW Series Twin Screw Pump

The Pump design is made in adherence with API Standard 676. The Twin Screw Pump offered by us is renowned for its high efficiency, energy saving capacity and long service life. This HW Series Twin Screw Pump has a speed of 1450rpm and viscosity of 150 mm2/s which is good enough to handle any flow and pressure.

 

Product Features

HW Series-Reliable, Safe, Rugged :

  • Twin-screw pumps are positive displacement pumps, consisting of two shafts with screws placed inside the liner of the pump.
  • HW multiphase twin screw pump is designed complying with API Standard 676. It is equipped with external bearings and four mechanical seals. The timing gears are externally mounted, operating in an oil bath, separated from the medium to be pumped. The timing gear cover is equipped with extended cooling ribs which eliminate the use of a forced external oil lubrication system.
  • The used timing gears are transferring the torque from the driven shaft (connected to the motor) to the non-driven shaft. This synchronizes the screws and prevents any direct metal to metal contact between them.
  • A change of the pump internals (shaft, screws and liner) can be done at site leaving the pump and pipes in place. In case of an overhaul just the shaft-screw assembly and the liner are to be changed out.
  • HW multiphase twin-screw pump is a well-proven design of high efficiency, energy saving, little abrasion, long service life and low noise. The pump is able to handle the required flow and pressure.
