Gabion box also named gabion basket, gabion net, gabions and gabion mesh. Material: Hot-dipped galvanized wire, Zn-5%Al wire, Hot-dipped gal.wire with PVC coated, Zn-10%Al wire.Weaving method: Gabion box is assembled, cover pieces, side pieces and bottom pieces are produced separately and then assembled to box.All parts are fixed by screw steel wire, the using of thicker selvedge wire can increase the strength of gabion box. It has the following features:1. Higher resistance to natural forces due to better tensile strength 2. Easy of repair to any damaged cages with minimal expense 3. Packaging Details : For easy handling and shipping, the gabions are supplied folded flat. A color stripe applied on the side of each folded gabion identifies the size.
Usually, gabions will be loaded into 40ft containers to save cost.
