Application : - Recommend that customers use liquid injection molding machine to inject into mold to manufacture products
- A, B two components must be completely mixed 1:1 by weight or volume, the curing time determined according to the mold temperature. The temperature is higher, and the time is shorter; the thick and large will require a long time. It can separate mold after vulcanization
- If the machine is long downtime (more than two days), it can inject A or B separately or remove the injection molding machine static mixing section timely to store and seal in low temperature (<1 C or less) or wash the rest glue
- Add 2-4% vulcanization agent to a certain amount of base polymer. Use it in a short time after mixing
- Stir silicone rubber, then put them in a vacuum case for 35 minutes. Make the mold after removing air bubbles
- The curing speed is related to ambient temperature and humidity. The higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing. User can choose vulcanization agent and its quantity according to the weather to get proper curing speed.
Package, Storage, Transportation and Attention :
- Package : 20kg / plastic pail or 200kg / iron pail with plastic.
- Store in dry, well ventilated area, under shade, avoid rainwater and direct sun shine.
- It cant contact the vulcanizing agent of the condensation silicone rubber, otherwise the catalyst will cease to be in force and the rubber wont be vulcanized. Some chemicals including amine, sulfocompound, phosphoric compound and metal salt can lead to that the product wont be vulcanized
- Product is non hazard material, shelf life is 12 months. Stir uniform before using. Product exceeds shelf life may still be useful if meets specification
- A component contains catalyst and B contains cross linking agent, when change manufacturers, require test to avoid cross linking reaction.
