Operation Principle: The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear, two-chamber, and grid discharging. The materials are transferred to the first grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner, ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height to impact and grind the materials. After the coarse grinding in the first chamber, materials enter into the second chamber through separating plate, where there are liner plate mounted and steel ball to make the further grinding. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board, thus the grinding process completes. Long service life Working Principle: Jaw crusher consists of frame, eccentric shaft, belt wheel, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard plate, toggle plate, toggle backseat, gap adjusting screw, returning spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. Toggle plate is also used to guarantee the security. Jaw crusher uses electric motor as the motive power. Eccentric shaft is driven by triangle belt and genera l wheel, which makes movable jaw make reciprocating motion according to the desired trajectory. Then, materials in crushing chamber (consists of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and edge plate) are crushed and the finished materials are discharged from discharging hole.
