Shrimp Protein is valuable By- Product of the Shrimp Processing industry. It is made from material consisting of Head, Shell & other wastes of Shrimp separated during peeling of Shrimp. The Shrimp wastes were collected from various Shrimp Processing units and cleaned thoroughly by using water and Protein mass is extracted and precipitated by chemical treatment. The protein extract is press filtered to remove water and dried.
Uses :
Packing : Packing in 50 kg poly bags.
