Fish meal, is a commercial product made from fish and the bones and offal from processed fish. It is a brown powder obtained by drying the fish or fish trimmings, after cooking, and then grinding it. Fish meal is recognized as a valuable animal protein supplement and a source of vitamins, minerals and unknown growth factors. Fish meals are added to the diet as high quality supplements to obtain efficient diets, particularly for aquaculture & animal feed.

Shrimp Head Meal is valuable By- Product of the shrimp industry. Shrimp meal is made from material consisting of head and shells from prawns /shrimps separated from the prawn meat by peeling process. The shrimp head was cleaned thoroughly in water and steam cooked. The cooked mass is pressed to remove water and dried by using modern drying process, called flash drying, which preserves the numerous qualities in the raw material through to the meal.
