Pouch Sealing
Cybernetik Technologies manufactures semi-automatic, vacuumizing, nitrogen flushing & pouch sealing machine to seal pre-formed heat sealable triple laminated pouches filled with 1 gm to 1 kg of API product. The heat sealing machine can seal pouches with a maximum sealing length of 325mm. The system is very compact and its holding jaws are lined with silicon rubber.The entire system is semi-automatic & the sequencing of valves for powder charging and the oxygennitrogen circuit is done in conjunction with PLC. The system has been designed to comply with the very strict GMP norms. Typical vacuum and nitrogen purge cycles last for 4 to 5 minutes and achieve an oxygen content of less than 2 %.
