IBC Washing Station from Cybernetik is a fully automatic wash station that washes, rinses and dries IBCs every 15 minutes.The Wash Station consists of a booth with high pressure wash nozzles for internal and external washing of IBCs. Nozzles are arranged to cover IBC surfaces, lid and bottom valve.Wash sequence includes :-Pre-washWash with soap, Rinse, Purified water rinse andForced draught drying with HEPA filtered hot air.All wash cycles are programmable and are based on previous product use. Two door layout permits separation of unclean and clean side. IBC is loaded from the unclean side and washed. The dry IBC is removed from clean side door. Doors are interlocked to prevent any breach of security between clean and unclean side.Process Information Center provides complete process data for wash sequence. Wash cycles are fully programmable and washing process data can be printed out by an optional ticket printing software. RFID technologies for IBC tracking is offered as an option for interlocking IBC use in further processes.Features on this wash station include :- Rigid joint-less internals, Sound proof construction, Doors with leak proof gasket and push on locks, Automatic spraying setup for varying IBC heights and sizes, Sophisticated process information center with touch screen, Programmable wash sequences, advanced rinse sampling system for validating wash sequence, Wash Completion Ticket printing, Read Write features for RFID tagged IBCs.All wash stations are custom built to suit plant layout and access to technical area. Utilities required for this station include power, compressed air, steam and water. In case hot water is not available, optional water heating skid is offered.
