Electrical Conveyorised Oven

Electrical conveyorised oven is used where there is continuous requirement of drying/baking/heating or curing of filter materials. It can be used just after the Pleating Machine to bake the pleated media. It can also be used as a final curing oven for baking or gelling of adhesive with the filter media and the end caps.This oven is equipped with conveyor belt which transports the material through different heating zones

The oven can be supplied in different sizes based on width and length of the oven.

The sizes available are:

Width = 610mm / 1000mm / 1250mm

Length = 6000mm / 7500mm / 9000mm

However, sizes other than those mentioned above can also be supplied based upon customer requirement/request.

The other salient features of this oven are:

Each oven is provided with different heating zone with gradual rise in temperature/heat load.
The walls of the ovens are thermally insulated.
The walls are lined internally and externally with thick gauge M.S. sheet over the insulation.
Provided with 06(min.) to 18(max.) air circulation fans depending upon the size of the oven.
Provided with Digital Temperature display and controller for each separate zone.
Provided with individual control panel and automatic preset cut-off system for each heating zone.
The conveyor speed can be varied with VFD driven geared motor system attached to link chain.
Zone wise heating temperature can be controlled within the range of 50C to 250C depending upon the size of the oven.
Provided with hoods at the inlet and outlet of the oven for discharge of fumes.
Utilizes heat load from 26KW to 96KW depending upon size of the oven.
