We offer a complete product range of Zig Zag Oil Filter, Compact Cell Filter and High Velocity Panel Filter
These filters are made of high quality filtering medium and are used in the fuel line of passenger vehicles like Audi, Mercedes, Skoda, Volkswagen and so on.
The unique design of these filters facilitates accommodation of more pleated media inside the same volume, thus increasing the filtration capacity of the filter, while maintaining high flow rate.
Compact Cell filters which find their applications for air purification in gas turbines; hospitals; schools; offices; hotels and automotive plants are constructed by laying pleated filter media in V-shapes in a compact plastic enclosure or frame-work for optimum dust holding capacities.
We do make moulds for and supply these panel frames in various plastic grades like high impact resistant ABS; HIPS etc.
Our effectively molded plastic frames preserve the V-shaped pleat geometry throughout handling and usage.
FMK Dust collectors are used worldwide for industrial process filtration and dust collection application and use Fabric built Pocket Cassette Filters which offer large filtration area and lastl onger than a Cartridge Filter.
The dust settles on the outside surface and the clean air passes through internal sieves of these filter cassettes. Also a downward compressed air blast through these internal sieves blows the dust of the filter cassette.
The flow of clean air and blast air inside these sieves is controlled through plastic Venturi Nozzles.We make moulds for and supply these Venturi Nozzles in various plastic grades like ABS; PP; Nylon etc.
This high velocity panel filter consists of a find zinc electroplated wire mesh screen of aluminium, St. Steel or bronge in herringbone crimp and stainless steel or galvanised frame.
The unique arrangement of the screens allow dirt to be loaded progressively through the media and not just on the face of the media. and it is easy to clean this type of filter with a stream of a water.
The filters are available in a variety of frame sizes & varying mesh sizes.
