  • The film roll mounted on the top of the machine passes through a series of rollers and enters the sealing area.
  • The Product Bags will feeded on the passing conveyor. A link on the input conveyor will pick up one Product Bag at a time.
  • The Product Bags from the infeed conveyor are carried one at a time and placed on the film.
  • The Product Bags along with film passes through a pair of fine sealing rollers, where it is center sealed.
  • Further the center-sealed pouches pass through a pair of horizontal rollers, where the end of the Pouch is sealed and the pouches separate out.
  • Packed Product Bags Pack emerges out through the exit.
