Description

The machine consists of input conveyor, filling unit & exit conveyor.
Filling operations works on the piston & cylinder, & N.R.V concepts.
Filling unit consists of 2 Piston Cylinder assly. & non return values for this. Common drive is taken.
When bottles or jars comes under filling station a stopper mechanism holds the bottles till the filling takes place & release after filling finishes.
At a time two bottles will filled & comes out from exit conveyor.
From exit conveyor bottles will be transferred to the input conveyor of capping machine.

When bottles or jars comes under filling station a stopper mechanism holds the bottles till the filling takes place & release after filling finishes.
At a time four bottles will filled & comes out from exit conveyor.
From exit conveyor bottles are to be manually picked - up.
