We offer the best product range of PLASMA CUTING TABLE.
DeGATECH builds Work Tables to fit under any gantry style cutting machine, regardless of brand. We have three proven designs in the field at this time and can custom design a work table to your requirements if one of our proven designs does not meet your need. All units are built to order and to exact dimensions to fit under your machine.
STANDARD DOWNDRAFT WORK TABLE:
All units over 6 wide or 10 long feature a zoned intake system, with no more than 5 of intake open at any one time. This makes the exhaust system more efficient and allows use of a smaller exhaust blower. Our zones are operated pneumatically to open at the precise time and stay open up to a minute after the cutting has moved into the adjacent zone. There are no mechanical arms hanging out to be tripped by the gantry and no ski sticking out to trip them. The slag floor is slanted to the rear of the table and two large cleanout doors are provided. All work tables are designed to support full sheets of 2 plate. Heavier designs are available.
