Outer casing is made of double walled Mild steel duly powder coated. The gap between to two walls is filled with ceramic blanket insulation to prevent heat loss. There is a grooved refractory chamber which has kanthal heating element fitted on three side to provide quick heating. Silicon rods are provided in case of high temperature (above 1350C). Temperature can be controlled using a pyrometer or using digital controls. Available in temperature of 1000C, 1200C and above. Inner chambers are of following sizes (in inches):
