The Capsule Inspection Cum Polishing Machine is designed basically to inspect and polish capsules after powder filling operation.
The unique and compact design of this machine makes it user friendly for operators, with all operations inline from feed in hopper to the final finished capsule.
Consists of food grade conveyor belt on which the capsules are traveled & inspected minutely and are further traveled to the polishing chamber having filter cloth along with spiral Nylon Brush, through which capsules are traveled & polished to get a glossy finish.
During polishing process the powder above the capsules is sucked and collected in Dust Collector.
All the above operation is controlled with Variable Speed Drive to meet production requirement.
