The body of the mixer is made of steel, the control tool, spiral arm and protective grid and bowl are all in stainless steel. This type of mixture is suitable for bakeries and cake shops and allows for shorter working times to be obtained.
The work cycle can be manual or automatic with 2 speeds, both having programmable timers. It is also possible to change the rotation of the bowl during the automatic cycle. Belt drives eliminate vibration and noise: this system gives a considerable saving in maintenance costs. The low voltage electrical system (24 volts) has an automatic protection system with a very simple control panel for use in automatic or manual mode.
The mixer complies with the latest CE regulations.

Suitable for mechanical mixing of ointments. Dry Power or wet mass etc. The unit is provided with stainless steel slow speed mixing stirrer/beater having three speed (i.e.the stirrer shaft will be moving on it's axis as well be rotating round the bowl) for giving efficient mixing. The bowl is provided with castor wheels for easy handling.The unit is supplied wth all stainless steel contact parts having three and four speed mechanism and is driven by means of suitable one tempered gear box, self / splash lubricatin system mounted on heavy duty C.I. body fitted with horse power 3 phase, A.C.operated.
MFI DOUBLE SPEED PLANETARY MIXER (SPECIAL TYPE) M/c with all contract parts of SS-304, ISI MARK TEFC DOUBLE SPEED STANDARD MOTOR, starter suitable reduction gear box, panel box and POL changing switch, etc. with a fully jacketed bowl of SS-304 housing thermostatically controlled suitable capacity heaters for cooling/heating of materials, with hand operated mechanical up and down lifting device ( Available in 25/50/100 kg batch capacity).
