The state-of-the art homonizer/stirrer/mixer for bitumen modification is a yet another technoloy marvel with over 25 years of peoven experience in manufacturing various types of stirrers ad mixers. It is developed by Emkay Engineering Works for Tinna Overseas Ltd. and their technical partner American Gilsonite Co., of U.S.A. this special stirrer for bitument modification is ideal for Indian bitumen heating tanks/boilers and mobile mixing plants. We are proud to serve the CRRI with this specially designed mixer used in its bitumen lab. Our engineering experts are also capale of producing any type of stirrer in the shortest period economically and ofcourse most satisfactorily.
| Suitable to mix dry and wet material. The mixer has all contact parts made out of 304 quality stainless steel with two mechanical seal ends to prevent outside lubricants from entering into mixing chamber.The Paddles of 3/8" thick on the shaft are so arranged as to give thoroughly and uniform mixing. A transparent acrylic cover with S.S. frame is provided for visual observations. The Unit is supplied with tilting arrangement, reversible switch & safety lock-sitch to stop the machine as soon as the cover is opened. The drive is through a suitable motor and gear box. | ||

Colloid Mill is suitable for Homogenising Emulsifying, Dispersing, Mixing, Comminuting of liquids to highly viscous products. It is based on rotor - stator principle. It is available in plain as well as Water Jacketted model which is suitable for heat sensitive products. Flame Proof electicals can be supplied on demand.
